New · Scenario authoring

Build your own branching video scenarios — in one classroom-ready box.

SceneForge is the scenario builder for your simulator. Author decision-based video scenarios on a simple canvas, run them on a self-contained appliance — projector on the wall, iPad in your hand — and review every student decision afterward. No internet, no IT department.

How it works

Author. Run. Review.

Three steps, one tool — from a folder of clips to a debriefed scenario, without leaving the classroom.

01

Author

Drop your video clips in a folder and SceneForge finds them automatically. Drag them onto a canvas and wire the decision branches — what plays next when a student responds. Built-in checks flag dead ends and unreachable paths before class ever starts.

02

Run

The appliance drives the projector; you drive the scenario from an iPad across the room. Queue the next clip or cut to it instantly. Students watch on the big screen and make decisions in real time — the projector stays clean and full-screen.

03

Review

After the scenario, walk the class through what happened: a decision timeline, the exact path the class took, and a guided on-screen replay — so every run becomes a teachable moment, not just an exercise.

What's inside

Everything an instructor needs to make scenarios their own.

Visual scenario builder

Branching decision trees on a drag-and-drop canvas. Connect clips into the paths you want — no code, no editing timeline.

Automatic clip discovery

Point SceneForge at a folder of videos and it builds your starting library instantly.

Built-in validation

Live checks catch dead ends, missing clips, and unreachable branches so a scenario never breaks mid-class.

In-browser preview

Step through any path before you teach it — jump to any moment, fast-forward, and trace the route.

Trim without re-exporting

Split and cut clips right in the tool to make new beats from existing footage. Your original files are never altered.

Two-screen instructor control

Run the show from an iPad while the projector stays clean and full-screen for students.

Interactive decision points

Define regions of the scene students respond to, so the scenario branches on what they actually do.

After-action review

Decision timing, the path taken, and a guided replay — built for the debrief at the end of the period.

Shareable scenario summaries

Export a plain-language rundown of every path a scenario can take — for proctors, reviewers, or your records.

Works completely offline

Scenarios load from the box itself. Move them between rooms or sites on a USB drive — no network required.

Self-contained appliance

One small box is the server, the Wi-Fi, and the projector source. Plug in a projector and an iPad and you are teaching.

Built for the classroom

One box. Plug in a projector. Start teaching.

SceneForge runs on a self-contained appliance that is the server, the Wi-Fi network, and the projector source all at once. There is nothing to install on a school network, nothing to log into, and nothing that stops working when the internet does. Students never touch a keyboard — the instructor drives the whole session from an iPad.

  • No internet connection and no IT setup required
  • Instructor-only control — students cannot launch or change scenarios
  • Move scenarios between rooms or sites on a USB drive
  • Reads and writes the format your existing simulator already uses
