We founded Lemcoe Education because we kept seeing the same issue: public safety programs and law enforcement agencies that needed realistic, scenario-based training and couldn't find an affordable option that actually fit a classroom.

Lemcoe Education is owned and operated by current educators, law enforcement officers, and firearms training professionals. Our founders saw a need for an affordable, safe, use-of-force and de-escalation training platform for classrooms preparing the next generation of community guardians.
We launched in 2025 with a simple goal — equip as many instructors as possible with tools that elevate their training without stretching their budget. Since then we've worked alongside CTE directors, criminal justice faculty, and academy training officers to fit our equipment into real classrooms, real lesson plans, and real program-of-study requirements.
We're based in Roswell, Georgia. We answer our own phone.

We work on a school fiscal-year cadence. Purchases are grant-funded, Perkins V-eligible, and usually need vendor documentation attached to a PO. We have all of it on-hand and are veterans of school district purchasing processes.
